Hi everyone, excuse me for my English which is not perfect.
I had the operation in early March and placed a Coloplast Titan 20 + 0 cm implant.
I am currently entering the tenth week after surgery.
I inflate the implant once a day for 1 hour. I have been doing this for 2 weeks according to the surgeon's instructions.
I had questions, already at the level of the length, there was a significant loss.
I must be about 13.5cm, can be 14cm with the glans swollen.
I see that it talks a lot about cycling to recover length, I'm not a big fan of cycling, the exercise bike on the other hand that would suit me, is it good too?
Did you gain length over the years? How long do you have to swell every day? What tips do you have for recovering height?
I had my first sexual intercourse after the operation today, it went well even though, as before the operation, it was very difficult to ejaculate during sex.
I had inflated discreetly so as not to do it in front (not wanting to explain what it was lol) it was quite unpleasant to wait before doing it when it was inflated, will it always be the case?
I do not know if everything was clear, sorry for the inconsistencies that there could be in my text (bad translation can be).

FYI, I'm 28 years old;)

When people here say cycling they do not mean riding a bicycle, we mean inflating the implant and leaving inflated for an hour or so as you do already. Different people may cycle for different amounts of time, but you're doing the right thing already

Welcome to the forum, Tomfrpi.

Length: You may be able to recover some of the length you lost. This may take months or perhaps a couple of years of cycling your implant. "Cycling" to recover length means inflating your implant and deflating every day twice each day. About 20 minutes or as long as you can tolerate.

Discreet inflation: I believe my sexual partner should know about my implant. Of course, I am over 70 years old. Mature women tend to be more accepting of idiosyncrasies.

What is your preferred language? We may be able to translate. If we post in both languages we may be able to resolve inconsistencies.

Glad that you understand. Cycling in this context means to start something then progress through all the steps to you returning to the start point. Thus, pump up your implant, keep it inflated at a pressure that is mildly uncomfortable. Then releasing the pressure.
Maybe a better comparison is to stretching your muscles before exercising.
The goal is to gradually stretch the elastic tissues in your penis to accommodate the full size of the implant. Hopefully getting your penis size back to what you was before ED struck you.
Good luck and don't be afraid to ask more questions.

Nice to hear you have enjoyed your first bionic sex!
Being bionic at 28 yo has got its advantages, young girls will love your super power! Ahaha

Hello everybody,

Thank you for your answers.

@lost sheep: in English that's fine with me, just had some trouble understanding this implant-specific term but otherwise I'm fine I can understand.

I inflate fully 1 hour a day 1 time, sometimes it's a little too unpleasant I do 2 times 30 minutes.

I have questions for those who had an implant at my age, how did you bring it to your partner? were you talking about it? I was curious to read your answers.

I do not have an implant but if I had it, I would not tell to an occasional sexual partner.
If it is a girl I really like, I would wait some months before telling her, just to avoid she gets scared and to let her understand that there is basically no difference between a bionic guy and a natural one.

Don't feel bad about not understanding "Cycling". When I was considering the implant I was reading everything I could on the subject and I came across several Frank Talk posts regarding "Cycling soon after implantation" when using a Google search. I was overwhelmed thinking that having that sort of exercise so soon after surgery down there was absolute insanity.

It wasn't until I read further several days later, seeing the same term multiple times that it clicked that the reference wasn't to bicycles or stationary bikes but to inflation/deflation. I did figure it out before I had the surgery so I could speak intelligently to my doctor (who by the way, spoke with some disdain that I was another "Doctor Google".)
