Straight after being implanted mine was wider at base, narrowing towards head of penis. Now its straight all the way along the shaft in appearance. Coming up to 4 months post surgery.
Boots.
Implanted AMS 700 lgx, Jan 15th 2021. 18cm with 3cm rte.

The diameter is the same the entire length. The distal and rear tips do not expand. AMS starts with 12mm and expands up to 18mm. Titan starts and keeps 18mm diameter.
