Many men, with exceptional girth, have asked what to expect after surgery.

70 year old, Married 53 years with two adult children.
Tried pills, herbs, and Trimix. Implanted by Dr. Hakky , in Atlanta, on the 1st, of September. Titan XL 24cm's with two 1.5cm"s RTE"s

Mine stayed exactly the same 5”.... at 2 months out the root part of the shaft seems to be expanding so I may end up with more over all girth in a year with cycling and all with this Lgx . My length has only gained 1/4” so I’m happily trying to get more there too. My fear is that the 18cm should have been a 21 cm, the 3cm rte added to the 18 cm tubes is not going to help me regain my length. What ever — I plan to celebrate at one year of giving it all I got with pictures for all you guys. Lol
