I know that this question has been asked before but within the last few months I've seen more and more young guys getting the implant. My question is how is it precieved by others family, friends, dates, etc. And has anyone been able to meet someone find love and get married?

I don't think others should know of what is going on especially your friend and for dating if the person starts to trip about the implant then she ain't mature enough. Only ppl who will know Is my gf n parents, that's just me

My ex-wife left me because my ED. I was so depressed, I thought, It was the end of my life.

Hector, being new to implanted sex, how exactly are you pumping up without raising a red flag right before?

That's the thing. I had no idea what a penile implant was until i came to this site. If I had an implant and it works the way that it is supposed to why wouldn't I want to tell. I believe that is part of the problem. Men don't speak about sexual health and about different things involving expecially when things aren't great. My hope is that one day we converse about these things and that it becomes more of a normalized thing.

For me having a bionic is something very excited and inexplicable feelings. I have never experienced it before. The compliment receiving after sex is a reward that is healing my past.

To answer your question; If I know, the situation is escalating to sex, I find an opportunity (get another drink, change the music, etc...) and I discreetly pump ten times, that will make my bionic semi inflated, ready for all the fun touching and teasing that comes before intercourse, 99% of the times the girl asks to go to the bathroom to ensure she is prepared for sex. during that time, I pump 10 or 15 times to make my bionic ready for penetration. if she doesn't need to go to the bathroom, I am the one going to the bathroom to pump. if for some reason, I feel like I need to pump more I do it while I am performing oral to her. I think, we are talking about two different things. I don't feel the needed to tell to a my sexual partner about my bionic but I am trying to educated as much man as I can about penile implant.
You are right, I didn't know either about this topic until I found this forum.
ED is a taboo topic. Our society has create this monster that is making a lot of us unhappy.
Now, it is our job to talk about it, as normal disease with a solution or it is better to say it with a cure. I also believe, we should choose our audience, those who we feel confortable talking about it. If you feel confortable, educating friends and family, you should do it.
Personally, I am educating closer friends and I am maturing the idea to become a public speaker about ED and penile implant.

But how do you keep your inflated implant under your pants? I ask this because I can't point my penis anywhere when the implant is inflated. I think I'm the only guy here with this problem. I've seen some videos of guys inflating and pointing it to the sides with such ease, but I can't do that.
I think it won't be possible to hide the implant from girls
