Implanted with titan 22 m doc said girth was not a problem but it is! After healing my dick erect feels thin and flat feeling. Girth is way smaller length not to bad but my lady loves girth! Mine after implant as compared to the injections I was taking is much skinnier and about a inch shorter! Yes it gets hard so it’s better than a needle in my penis but smaller for sure.

After starting injection therapy, I honestly think hardness is the biggest factor in satisfying women, the difference is night and day.

I have found guy worry about being a little shorter and can't understand whey the loss an inch is terrible when you have 7" that won't work but can have 6" that does. Get a grip guys and enjoy a hard cock again.
