Dripping sensation

Postby Biker60 » Fri Apr 30, 2021 4:43 am

I am 3 week post up today. This is revision number 1. My Titan is deflated. It’s bends to the left. When inflated it straightens out. I can cycle because there is very little pain. But I am not doing that. Just once in a while. I only have swelling around the pump. I get a strange dripping feeling on the left side. I thought maybe it is saline moving in the cylinder. It’s not all the time. It’s noticeable because it is cold. I know what a broken implant feels like. Never had this before. I have a regular Titan. I had a Titan narrow before. Finally I thought it my be some urine dripping from the urethra. Which happens in the early days. And ideas? Not looking for surgery 3 in 14 months.

I'm trying to understand exactly where you're feeling this "cold" dripping. If it's saline from the reservoir, it should be at body temperature so that wouldn't feel cold or hot because temperature detection is basically relative to the observer's body temperature. I guess in theory if the drip was coming from the pump, which is a few degrees lower than body temperature due to its location in the scrotum, that could feel somewhat colder if it's detected in/on warmer body areas.

Can you give more details about where you sense the dripping? Is it inside the corpora, the abdomen, the scrotum or somewhere else?

Sensation is glans left corpra to scrotum. But it is cold feeling. I am starting to think it is dribble from the urethra. It’s a Titan, so it’s still stiff. I don’t remember 1st implant pump area more swollen it is now. The area around the pump is tight. I know what the feeling is when the tubing broke with the first implant. I only noticed the pump area swelling from saline. Getting off track, but I still spray when urinating. So I thinks it’s related to residual pee in the stiff urethra.

So if you're experiencing wetness outside from the glans down - you're almost certainly right. I still have to fully clear my urethra otherwise I leave a spot. I dribble a bit after peeing and as I go nude at home, I frequently get to my destination (chair, bed, etc.) with a wet penis, after peeing, and I've only got a short AMS CX to contend with, not a Titan.
