Hi I know it’s impossible to say, but just after an educated guess.
If I’m 7 inches in a ved tube. What could I expect after a implant ?

It was posted maybe 3 years or so ago that ball park for VED VS implant was 1". But a lot depends on the doctor you go to. Some are conservative on sizing and some are aggressive.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

A more realistic estimate would be to get a Caverjet injection and subtract 1/2 inch for the engorged glans.

How does that 7 inches compare to your most recent best natural erection? Almost certainly your implanted length (with a decent surgeon) will be between those two dimensions.

My expert opinion would be 6 1/2".

Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

I used a VED daily 18 months between prostate surgery and implant. With the VED length was 17cm, 3 and a half months after implant, length is 16cm bone pressed. I get no head engorgement so I guess that if I did I would have 17cm length.
What I don't get with the implant is the girth that I got with the VED, this is not the fault of the implant, zero tunica, is that the word?, has put paid to that.
Implanted AMS 700 lgx, Jan 15th 2021. 18cm with 3cm rte.

Hi,
Based on my experience, so far, this is my 7 weeks post-op.
I was using the VED pre-op and I was able to pull my dick at 7 1/2"
right now, I am able to pull it slowly to 7" 100% erected
if I want to get a nice girth, I take a 20 mg of Cialis wait 30 minutes and I inflate my dick to 70%, them I put the VED with the silicon seal, vacuum half way and let the VED hanging for ten minutes and I get a beautiful girth.
My normal erection pre-op was 6" x 6 1/2"
Right now on my 7 weeks, fully erected. I am 6"x 6" (without VED)
BTW: Infrapubic approach makes a huge difference, speeding the recovering process.
Dr Blick did an excellent job.

You're in about the same situation as me, hence my reply. I got a Titan, 22cm 5 months ago, 66 yrs old. I did VED several months before my surgery. I was hitting 7" in the VED. Currently I'm running 6-1/2 but expect to regain the 1/2 over time. Here's something for you to think about. I was flaccid at 4" prior to surgery. I'm now running 5-1/4". As far as an injectable to I was to the point that trimix would not even work. If you were a grower before you are now probably going to be a bit more of a shower post surgery.
