Thank you, LUp!

Trying not go get ahead of myself. At the moment, it feels hard to imagine actually having sex with this thing, it being so sore and tender. But then I remind myself: it's only been four days since they stuffed all this new stuff inside it. No wonder it's sore!

Take it easy man.
Great progress considering you have had it just for 4 days
26yo from Italy. Psychogenic ed since dec 2019, got worse in Jan 2021. On Cialis 5mg every 24hrs, it works! But masturbation and sex bring me a lot of anxiety. On talk-therapy.
Update: diagnosed with slight Peyronie’s, investigating more on that

Thank you, man! I've read your post, and I wish you the best of luck with your own journey. I hope you find a way, through medication or psychotherapy or both or something else, to fuse your spontaneous erections with your sex-life. But whatever you do, do not take your life. I understand that the solution I finally arrived at, the implant, is not what you're hoping for at your age, but even if it would eventually come to that, after you have explored all other options, then that can still be a life worth living.

Thank you mate.
Paradoxically, the option of an implant is the thing that has kept me alive because I see it as a “sure solution” if all the other things do not work and I’m not able to overcome my fear of losing erection

NYCGay,

Good Luck, things looking great. Keep doing your baths that will cause the bruising to go away & allows you to extend the time you inflate.

The implant is indeed a "sure solution." As you know, there are several other options that you should explore first, and being so young, you should take your time doing so. But I'm glad that you have this sure solution to fall back on, if nothing else works for you. Obviously, there are drawbacks with having an implant compared with having natural erections, but there are some advantages too -- or so people tell me; there are so many guys on here saying that getting an implant was the best thing they ever did for themselves, and that they love things about it that you typically don't get from natural erections, like being able to keep going after climaxing if your partner is still yearning for more. As for myself, being so newly bionic, I wouldn't really know yet. Things are still a little too tender and achy; at this point, five days after surgery, I'm happy enough if I'm not in too much discomfort.

Thanks Junior!
I'm taking baths twice a day, as per the doctor's order. I can already keep my dick inflated for twenty minutes each time. It aches a bit, similarly to the ache I used to get from the Trimix, and it was because of that ache that I switched to Bimix. They ache now is a little too distracting for me to feel sexual about being hard, but all the same, it's very bearable. Looking forward to things getting a little less tender.

Impressive results from your surgery.... That's a tool to be proud of.
I've been following your extremely informative journey from afar... I'm sure your new dick will bring you much pleasure.
