Sometimes mine does the same thing. I think that the valve may be between inflate and deflate. After you deflate, try to remember to give yourself one good squeeze, this sets the valve. I don't always do that, my bad!

I agree with happy toy except I do two good squeezes. This has helped eliminate the hard bulb.
68 years young. Fought ED for years and finally made the bionic move on 2/11/21. I was implanted with a 24 cm Titan by Dr. Lacy University of Tennessee Medical Center.

Thanks so your saying after you deflate you inflate with one or two squeezes and that keeps it soft.

Mine was like that right after surgery but it got softer with time!I’m almost six months out and it’s very easy to squeeze!
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.
