Hi
For those guys who have already been implanted and use a penis pump to try and recover length.
Do you pump the implant first then use vaccine device
Or do you use the vacuum device then pump the implant when it’s still in the tube.
Also will the penis pump damage the implant
Anyone got any serious gains by using a ved

I was getting gains with cycling and Vac use, ( Sadly I have been shut down for now, due to incision infection and upcoming reservoir surgery) I got some tips on these pages to get pretty hard first, insert dick into vac pump and stage increase adjustments to vacuum and ad 1/2 pumps of implant. increase slowly, I would take 15 minutes for this stage, when things get real, start of pain, one more 1/2 pump of each and try to go 15 minutes. I had measurable improvements- noted when getting hard w out vacing , and as a side note the gland responds nicely to vacing

The AMS user DVD I have dose say some doctors advise use of VED post op. I have no information on Coloplast. With VED therapy pre op one publication advises just enough vacuum to lift your penis off the floor of the VED tube. Post implant with your device inflated this is not an option. So best to have a VED with a gauge and keep vacuum low. And pump slow any time you use a VED. The information I have read is that VED use accelerates what cycling will do. You should follow your doctors instructions for cycling. And you should ask your doctor about VED use post op. If your doctor dose advise it then follow those instructions. If your doctor does not then you can decide about VED use. I did long pump adding inflations and it did the same thing only took a lot longer. And I waited until I was fully healed and had completed my doctors instructions before doing this. There are several papers on VED use in the documents worth thread in the General section of this forum you can look at for different ways to use a VED for therapy or exercise. And yes you inflate your device first.
