Can i go for an AMS. Pic inside

I have a picture attached from my penis, 18cm and a Curve to the left.
As having a sligth bench and being 18cm is the Titan the only way to go?
I ask this because the flaccid of the Titan bothers me. I would like as natural as possible, because i often visit sauna, nude beaches ect.

On the other hand. My penis is quite thin. Will an AMS making me even smaller?

I'm 18cm fully pumped and this is pretty much my size before the implant. Mine is an AMS LGX 18cm with 4cm RTE. I didn't have a curve but here you can see what I look like fully pumped. Hope this helps answer your question.

I had PD with a 97 degree upwards bend on day of surgery. I was implanted with a Titan narrow because scar tissue prevented a regular Titan. 6 months post op, I was 100% straight. After surgery I was 10% bent. With cycling it was straight until I broke this March. The Titan is the preferred implant for men with PD or have thin penis. The implant expansion is in the girth. And it does expand. After 13 months I went from a Titan 18cm narrow to a 20cm Titan. There wa no scar tissue at revision as well. Diameter of the narrow 18cm is 10mm. The diameter of the 20cm Titan is 13 mm. So there was plenty of expansion to use the regular Titan. Cycling the Titan allowed for more expansion. Some will say, the Titan will leave you with a semi flaccid when deflated compared to the AMS. That is one thing you have to get use to. Example, prior to implant 1 and after devastating PD, penis went from 6.5 inches to about 3.5 inches. Post implant length was 5 inches with expansion. But flaccid Titan was like 3 to 4 inches depending on deflation. Some guys worry about this. The larger your penis, the more noticeable the flaccid is. But if you want a straight and wide penis. Titan is the way to go. Well IMHO. Ams would have not little for my PD.

I am positive, you would be perfectly okay and straight with AMS CX.
CX is strong enough to correct curvature and to give you nice looking penis in soft state. As for girth, I lost less then 1/4 inches in girth when I switched from Titan to CX but I gained nice flaccid looking penis and as for hardness of erections CX is of same hardness as Titan and is rock hard.
