Aroused vs. Unaroused girth

Has anyone with an implant measured their aroused vs unaroused girth?

If so what is the difference, is it major?

About 4.75" to 5.5", length increase from 4" to 5.5".

Not my situation but what if someone has ssri sexual dysfunction and can barely get an erection at all, does this mean their inflated length and girth will be affected?

I can't see that happening unless there's been atrophy and shrinkage of the tunica albuginea which determines length and girth.

But in this scenario you wouldn't be able to get as aroused, and jusding by the posts above arousal is a big determiner of post-implant dick size.

I see what your saying. That is a fear of mine as I have pssd and my largest issue is an arousal disorder. So if I get an implant and have a hard time getting aroused I wander if my girth will be much less.

But maybe the tissues these guys talk about up above engorge regardless of degree of ed? Idk.

In my experience (YMMV), my girth is the same when inflated, whether I'm aroused or not. My deflated girth changes but the implant fills up the erectile body as completely as it is allowed to (within its own dimensions). Regardless of arousal level, my engorged tissues are compressed by the implant cylinder and don't have an effect while inflated. After I deflate, the compressed erectile tissues in my corpora remain compressed for several minutes or so and slowly will relax and either cause plumping or if I'm still aroused, some degree of engorgement (never full usable erection though).

All engorgement occurs inside the tunica. There are tissues outside the tunica too but they don't engorge, aside from the spongiosum surrounding the urethra. If the implant cylinder fully expands the tunica, there should be the same amount of girth regardless of arousal level. If the diameter of the cylinders isn't as large as the interior of the tunica (why the hell not? Dr. didn't size correctly?) then there might be additional girth from arousal beyond the cylinders' abilities. That's an unknown variable.
