Which drugs have you tried in order to solve this anxiety? Have you tried some anxiolytics (not SSRI), phentolamine, apomorphine, PDE5i's...? Try to combine tadalafil and phenibut (but go slow with it! Phenibut is really addictive, don't use it more than twice a week!)

Have you ever considered a bi-mix injection? With injections you will get an erection (especially since you don't technically have ED).
There is no doubt. There is no question. There is no anxiety. You will get an erection. I would guess with that confidence the anxiety will go.
Once you've re-established your confidence and the anxiety is gone try going back down to Viagra or Cialis and then after that try without anything.

Kinda a nightmare, I have anxiety when I masturbate also, so I am able to masturbate just one time out of a 3.
I'll try cialis or viagra when I'll have the chance to have sex with a girl, if it does not work I'll go for injections.
If by 32 years old still problems I'll go for an implant, sad decision but this situation is truly terrible. I want a girl that loves me, I want a family and enjoy my life ...

All I’ve tried is viagra but the timing off it all day and eating through the day might be messing it up
But when the anxiety builds up I’m not sure a viagra would over ride the anxiety

If I could use the bi-mix injections I would be willing to as after a nice long day with a girl I could just inject and have sex with out all the build up of the worry. Really is so soul destroying.

You're overcomplicating injections. Just make out with the girl and about 10 minutes before you know you're going to have sex go to the bathroom and inject real quick. Then f*** the shit out of her. Stop worrying about it.

Keep in mind that an injection produces an erection 1) that does not require any mental sexual arousal and 2) will not subside when you want it to subside. That is, if you inject too soon, you will have an erection perhaps long before your date is ready to thing about sex and you will be unable to do anything about concealing it.

In my experience, anxiety-induced E.D. is best handled by reducing the anxiety and one of the most effective ways to do that is to COMMUNICATE with your potential partner.

Women respond to being respected, trusted and desired. Telling her that you have performance anxiety (or, in my case, that my "penis does not work as well as it should" would get my potential sexual partner "on board" with finding a way to deal with my physical problem and the associated anxiety, TOGETHER, as a team both working towards the goal of sexual satisfaction.

This means really relaxing and touching your self to gain an erection then let it go down and then touch your self again to gain another erection

I tried this properly last night

At first I was so stressed about trying it nothing happened, I could feel I was so up tight and worried about trying to achieve an erection.

Then I just really really relaxed and thought of nice times that I’ve had in the past with a couple of women.
That was a nice feeling and sure enough I was able to achieve a nice strong full mast erection twice

I’m going to prestige this every day to gain some confidence back
