Everyone seems to be worried about length & girth when most of us couldn't get hard enough for sex, even when alone. I came across this article and decided to cut n paste a section.

The thing is we are not talking about enlargement. What we are talking about is keeping what we have. 2 different things. One doctor told me I would loose at least an inch and I would be 8 weeks inflated before activation and when I tried to explain to him there were ways to preserve size pre vs. post op he became angry and said no one can make me bigger. He changed the whole subject. I did not nor ever have asked to be made bigger. I just wanted a doctor that was committed to preserving what I had not costing me size. For these doctors I have often wanted to pull out a knife and ask if they wanted me to cut at least an inch off his or her partners penis. Just to see if I could get them to realize the difference in the 2 things.

Yes ED does cause size loss but so do many doctors with the way they do implant surgery. It is one thing to loose size due to ED but a whole different thing to loose more on top of that when it does not have to be. How some doctors are able to be able to do this when publications have shown this dose not have to be so baffles me. Especially since so many really good doctors are preserving most or all of the mans size pre vs post op.

This was meant as a joke. Like look what men used to do. So it's not only modern man who's worried about how long his dick is.

I lost some length post op. It bothered me at first. Though shorter, I know that I can depend on my implant. I was too embarrassed to date before, not knowing if I could get hard and keep an erection.

Hell, my drywall has holes in it where I walked into it with an erection. Lol just kidding.

I do understand the humor part of this brother. But I am also sorry for your loss and wish that this did not happen to any man. Just saying most men on this site are concerned with and post about size loss not enlargement. And I do understand that not all men have access to a doctor that works to preserve size pre vs post op. And that these men can have the same life changing good effects with a doctor that does not work to preserve size. I just don't understand why this happens with some and not with others.
