Look at this video where the implant is very obvious: https://www.pornhub.com/view_video.php? ... cac9281cd2

If you're asking for free money. Ask for a lot of it. Most go fund me's don't hit the target so many people ask for more trying to get the real amount.
Also, don't forget that travel, hotel & he might even include some living costs in his goal.

Good news! Had my revision surgery yesterday and once Dr. Yafi (UC Irvine, CA) opened it up, he discovered it was a simple failure of the tubing just outside the bulb (pump). He replaced the bulb and damaged tubing, sewed me up and I was done in an about an hour. He told me to leave it alone for a week, then start cycling it again, maybe sex by the third or fourth week.

I was very relieved it was not a failure requiring replacement of the cylinders. The doc had suggested that because as a performer I use my implant far more than the average man, that perhaps I had damaged it through "aggressive or rough sex." He expected to find damage to the tubing near the cylinders.

I asked him if use of a very loose fitting cock ring could be to blame or use of my milking machine (www.seriouskit.com) could be blame (yeah I'm kinky). He does not believe either caused the failure. Says it was probably a factory defect. Wonder if that means I'll get any of the money back (my insurance paid for a full replacement) and my deductible was $3700.

Great, glad it was something simple.

Hell, I'd love to try one of those things if I could find someone who already had one! Think they might be priced a bit out of my budget, besides - my wife would definitely frown on me having one. I haven't even used my "el-cheapo" HiSmith sex machine I got from Amazon (on myself) in months since she has an aversion to anal play, although she's enjoyed its use once or twice with me at the controls.

What does it mean that they’re coming out with a 10 year implant? That it’s designed to last 10 years? I thought they were already claimed to last that long (whether the claim is true or not) so I’m confused if they’re designing a more durable implant and calling it a 10 year implant. Did you hear about this from Hakky?

Having more durable implants on the market would be great to avoid unnecessary reoperation and associated risks.

Late to this topic but frankly (this is franktalk)
I think the excuse of “well you were having a lot of anal and the ass is tighter than the puss” is utter bullshit. In the grand scheme of things, the amount of pressure these things are tested to vs the difference between anal and vaginal or a rough handjob or jerking off is negligible.
The tube breaking is apparently very common with the titan OTR. I was warned about it before I got mine. I hope it doesn’t happen but if it does fail, I’ll assume that’s what happened before it being a cylinder. Dr.Eid has been talking with Coloplast about this very issue.
47 year old swinger. Had 36+ hour priapism that landed me in ER twice over 48 hours. Scarring in my penis makes it to where I’m at risk of severe priapism at any time. Erections inconsistent. Implanted by Dr. Eid on December 21st 2021, Coloplast Titan OTR
