Good news! Had my revision surgery yesterday and once Dr. Yafi (UC Irvine, CA) opened it up, he discovered it was a simple failure of the tubing just outside the bulb (pump). He replaced the bulb and damaged tubing, sewed me up and I was done in an about an hour. He told me to leave it alone for a week, then start cycling it again, maybe sex by the third or fourth week.
I was very relieved it was not a failure requiring replacement of the cylinders. The doc had suggested that because as a performer I use my implant far more than the average man, that perhaps I had damaged it through "aggressive or rough sex." He expected to find damage to the tubing near the cylinders.
I asked him if use of a very loose fitting cock ring could be to blame or use of my milking machine (
