So while i have now finally desided to go for an implant i came across a post about the implant in the first weeks/months which makes me overthink my decision and also maling me depressed.

The post was about the implant (Coloplast) pointing like 3 o'clock.for the first weeks/months. As i only could take 2 weeks off work after the surgery and have to be standing in front of schoolchildren i hope somebody can tell me a way to conceal.

At two weeks, you may continue to have a good amount of swelling in your scrotum and other areas of your genital region. Positioning your penis to the left or right while wearing tight underwear could minimize the visual impact. If you can tolerate it point your penis upwards and secure with the underwear. Prepare for some discomfort if you’re unable to rest from time to time.
I am presently at 12 days post revision surgery with a Titan and besides the swelling, I am struggling with maddening itching from hair regrowth and skin irritation.

Is school held year round there? In the USA most states only have school for about 9 months. Schedule your surgery for your summer off or during your holiday.

No, it is not possible to schedule at that time. But thanx for your reply

My cousins talk of their holiday time. I think it falls in August. Sounds like most of the country takes it at the same time. So I can understand that optional surgeries might not be available then.
I think that there might be a few strategies to think of doing. Maybe scheduling your surgery for a few days before holiday? Try talking to your surgeon. Ask if he can not inflate you as much as normal so that storing your semi errect penis is a little easier. He should be understanding of your needs.
Maybe a private talk with your school administrator explaining that an upcoming surgery might cause problems in the classrooms during your recovery. Ask for a small change of duties or time off to avoid upsetting students. Maybe your doctor could provide a letter asking for a deviation of your schedule.
There should be a way to make this all work for you. Good luck.

Buy a couple tall sized shirts. Leave them untucked and they will cover the front of your pants.

It might be a bit casual but it will cover you.

I agree with GoodWood about the shirts. I wore long tailed shirts, untucked, for several weeks when I went out. I have an AMS 700LGX, which is a little less stiff in the flaccid state than a Titan, and it's not hard to conceal. I definitely have more of a bulge than before, but if I'm concerned, I wear tighter underwear (even compression shorts if needed), tuck the thing in carefully, and then the shirt trick if necessary. Hasn't been an issue for me for a long time now, though. They get softer as they are used more. You only need to worry about the initial period.

One more thing:

Your doctor may leave you inflated for some number of weeks after surgery. If that is the case, it will be more problematic. The only choices will involve keeping your penis pointed up and to one side, against your body. You can use a jock or compression shorts, or whatever. Some guys have even taped the penis in place.

Find out from your doctor how long you'll be inflated. Once you can deflate, it becomes easier to control with David Archy's or whatever

smphead, you should only be at 3 o'clock if you are inflated. my surgeon leaves patients deflated. I plan on pointing it straight up ad taping or securing it. I pan to go back to work day 7.
