Reminded me of a funny quote in "Tango and Cash" (Kirk Russell and Sylvester Stallone).

(in reference to the size of each of their pistols):

T: "How come yours is so much bigger than mine?"
C: "Genetics"

It always goes back to what you were given. You can't get more than what you were given (aside from by way of extreme, risky surgical procedures)

Anyway, this is my understanding. Unlike most men of my age in the USA I wasn't circumcised at birth. My foreskin was always modestly loose at full erection. If your thinking was correct then I should of had a longer penis. It just doesn't work like you're thinking it might.

I think there is a confusion. It’s not a foreskin that is going up and down but the whole shaft, did you see the video? Also I am circumcised and before ED I never had loose skin when fully erect. So I am confused why do I have loose skin now after the implant. Theoretically this shouldn’t be the case. Any thoughts?

The outer skin does not determine the size of a man's penis. The tunica albuginea or the internal fibrous sheath of the corpora determine that. If the corpora shrink over time due to ED, the skin covering the penis will get slack and will likely never be taut again unless the man has a skin reduction surgery akin to a circumcision.

That makes sense. However, if the implant is put slightly larger, won’t it slowly push the penis forward and lengthen the tunica?

I haven’t talked to the Dr about this yet but he did say to me that when I come to him for revision after 10 years or whenever the implant fails, he will put 24cm implant instead of 22cm I have now because his thinking is that the implant will make my penis bigger over time so on revisions he can put larger implant. But my worry is that if the tips are not paining by pressing against the glans, that means my implant won’t grow in length. Also another situation is that I have PE issue that is still there after the implant. I was thinking if I could get a bit tighter fit, then perhaps it can solve this problem also.

After implant my penis skin moves up and down when fully inflated as it did in my younger days when I could get a natural erection.

I'm not sure that there is a difference between foreskin & shaft skin. Just where the skin is in relationship to the glans. As I get erect, my shaft moves up into the foreskin.
In all honesty, in my opinion you are way too early to be critiquing your implant size.

I think you're right. I may be overthinking. I am just 4 months out of the operation. The Dr assured me that I will end up gaining 1cm in 1-2 years of daily cycling. I was pumping a few days ago and I reached 5.75" in length. I think the position matters a lot. If I lie down on the bed with penis pointing up, max it goes up is till 5.5 or 5.6", however, if I am sitting or in sex position where the penis is downwards, I reach 5.75". If this reaches 6" one day, I will go nuts! Lol.

Im not implanted yet, but your penis still has connected, urethra, sponginuos, glands which wont stretch any further than they already can if i understand it rt. Like when stretched out it cant be stretched much mor.
