My first implant was botched job 18 +3 , My revision by Dr Kramer is a 21 + 3 1/2 and works well
born 1949, Cancer 2014, 1st Implant AMS CX 18 + 3 RTE, Oct 2015 by a Houston Doctor. Left with loss of length, Floppy Glans and pain, a very poor job. Revision in Dec 2016 by Dr. Kramer, 21 + 3 1/2 RTEs, LGX, Regained length, Glans supported and no pain.

True but most men regain most or all of what the had just before surgery. Some lucky guys get more than pre-op size, closer to what the had at a younger age.

68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.

I am not the norm for sure. Initial titan was 19 cm. Revision at exactly 1 year due to no fault of implant. Got 20 cm installed.

Normally you go longer cylinder at the revision. I am not sure I have read of anyone getting less unless due to a bad surgeon not sizing correctly. Pretty much your scar tissue. Peyronies, etc is done once they get a cylinder in and you can cycle.

Floppy head, tips not going up far enough is surgeon issue.

Find a good doc.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.
