There has been times when I start to pump that the ball goes flat. It scares me when that happens. Does that happen at times? I know there's something that you can do to get the ball to fill back up. Does anybody know what I should do when that happens....

Yes. The AMS 700 user DVD covers this. Press the deflate button. The bulb should refill. If you don't have yours it is on line here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwp0YfSLxIU
