What are questions I should be asking

Here's partial list:

How many implants does the doc do each year? (Surgical procedure success rates have been closely corrrelated to positive outcomes)- hopefully this is >100

What is the docs infection rate?- like 0.5% is good depending if your diabetic and other complications

Does the doctor do revision surgeries? (importnat if complications arise)

How long/uncomfortable can you expect recovery to be?

What is your part in recovery? Iceing, staying immobile, return to normal activities

How long to inital inflation?

Ask to see the various models of implants and have the doc explain the pros and cons of each

Find out what surgical approach he plans to use and then research that?

How long will surgery take?

Have you exhausted all your other alternatives? I thought I was beyond help but found that mixing Alprostadil injection (20mcg), 50 mg Viagara and a cock ring allowed me to be rock hard for well over an hour or until my girl friend taps out. So I'm happily back in business now.
