Has ridden high abs tighter

Penis is about 4 inches soft and hangs lower than balls

Skin is really stretchy. I would think your doctor has seen this before and as long as he knows about this ahead of time can take care of it. As far as not being able to load pictures, you can crop them down or my camera has setting for higher and lower resolution. The higher resolution are larger picture files.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

67 years young.

When hard it’s a pretty decent size but when flaccid it’s so small and changed and atrophied from finasteride

I'm sure that your urologist knows what he's doing... It's a decent looking cock and with an implant it should be amazing.... Don't over think it...

My penis has always hung lower than my balls. Before and after my implant. I don't think it is uncommon at all.
70 year old, Married 53 years with two adult children.
Tried pills, herbs, and Trimix. Implanted by Dr. Hakky , in Atlanta, on the 1st, of September 2020. Titan XL 24cm's with two 1.5cm"s RTE"s

I really don't understand what the problem is :? . Before my implant I was an inch flaccid, erect I was 5.5" long with a 6.5" girth. Now flaccid I'm 4" and erect still 5.5".
