Traction definitely would work as it has been demonstrated. Problem is that the cylinder on the other size could be impaired by the size difference.... it wouldn't be much... but! obviously we are not doctors so... just ideas...

As I said my reason is different in I had a perforation and the RTE end of the cylinder was out of the Tunica. But is the same location as you are asking about. I had 2 incisions in my surgery 2 days ago. As this was mostly to do with my left cylinder I had a low normal type penoscrotal incision slightly to the left of centerline and a second under my left testicle that seems to have been cauterize. Not sure how much help this is for you as I had my left cylinder removed and reset to correct my glans hypermobility. And some work to correct a deformity at the base of my right shaft at the pubic pad juncture. The incision was actually at the bottom of my scrotum just above were the perineum starts. It is uncomfortable to set with this the most noticeable part of my surgery. But is much like what I was having before the surgery. I hope that will improve in the nest weeks. My doctor says 6 week wait for sex and inflation.

Have you decided on what to do? Is stretching helping? I hope this helps in some way. I am really happy with what my doctor did and that he addressed all on my problems that I was having with my first surgery.

That MRI and this situation really shows how little margin there is when fitting the implants, and how easy it is for a surgeon to be lazy and just undersize them.

I ended up not doing the revision also because I have a family member with covid so I can't travel.
I started using a traction device as suggested also by my local urologist. I hope it will be enough to help with my issue. I have to use to for about 2/3 hours each day. I would also like to continue to try with VED but I can't use it because I press against an implant tube and it causes pain and also fear to break the tube.

Ciao Marchesan :D
Apart from this how are you doing? Are you having good sex and feeling better or are you still kinda depressed as you wrote some weeks ago?

Great, looking forward to see if traction resolves your issue. What kind of traction device are you using? What brand?

It's called Penimaster Pro, it was suggested by my local urologist.

Great, that's the type of device i was thinking. You could either use the rod extender to stretch straight out. Or you could use the belt to stretch only the side that's short.

Good luck.
