I was recently diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer. I'm scheduled for surgery in May. I'm interested in getting an implant as soon as doctors allow after my surgery.

I've found lots of videos of guys pumping their inflatable but my wife (and I) would really like to see something other than a cartoon showing the adjusting the malleable rod implant up and down.

I've searched online and in this forum but haven't seen any real life video.

Anyone have any links?

The second video show an inflatable implant which is very harder than a maleable implant. The size of the implant depend on the size of your penis. So the actor in the first video had a very big penis before he get the implant. both videos are in porn sites.

I've got news for you. That video is of Ramon Nomar, who has a TITAN IPP, not a malleable. This was confirmed by someone on this site who is familiar with him on a professional level. JH2007 is an adult entertainment performer (porn star) and confirmed long ago (around a year ago) that Ramon Namor has an IPP, a Titan.

To prove that this performer has an IPP - fast forward to 4:37 and look at his scrotum when the girl sucks his "BALL" (pump).

but it seems softer than a IPP erection. I remember reading that first he had a IPP but after he got a maleable because. But I don't know. I only see that the second implant seems more harder and straight that the first.

An IPP can be as hard or soft as one wants. He's probably pumped up to 50-60% at the beginning of the video.

I can be wrong very easily. I don't think there is technically an up or down. It is flexible to some extent but my understanding it is just all "there" all the time. Maybe at 4:00. It is lifted up in order to guide it in. Once removed it will fall to a position that represents the rigidity of the rods.
You can say it several different ways. You're going to have sex with what amounts to your flacid state which is quite rigid.

I believe at least one model is something akin to an old-type desk lamp (flexible and stays in the position it's bent in). There is some "DOWN to stow" and "UP to use" from what the literature says about it.

Malleables other than maybe one I saw which springs back, seem to be shapeable to suite the user's needs (down for in pants when not having sex, up for when sex is imminent.
