Shake it, shake it.

I have been implanted for 3 years now and I love it! I only have one beef. When I piss, I shake it the best I can but I still dribble in bed and it pisses (pardon the pun) me off. Does this happen to anyone else? Do you have any suggestions. It is maddening, especially if your sleeping with someone.

I have David Archy separate pouch under ware and used toilet paper. Usually six sheets folded at the tear lines and wrap my glands and push the package back in the penis pouch. I was really bad last year and told my doctor thing I might need an AUS and he persribed Myrbetriq. That really helps me. I have a lot better control. I still leak a tiny bit and use the toilet paper as that is available anywhere that has a restroom and I don't have to carry a mens pad. with me. And the pads I tried gave me a rash on my scrotum.

Donnie54,
It is said "With age comes wisdom".
What they didn't say was....and the dribbles.
I "had" the same issue but it can be fixed. Search the topic kegels for men. Learn and do kegels, it works and zero money.

I'm reminded of a line in one of Stephen King's novels: "No matter how you shake and dance, the last two drops go in your pants."

Oh yea, same here. Been 1 1/2 years since my implant. I had to sit to pee after surgery and I still sit to pee unless I'm at a urinal. 1 or 2 drips are always now no matter how hard I shake it and wipe with some toilet paper. Never had that issue prior to my implant. I do find when I sit I can empty my bladder better. And the best way I've found to empty the pee tube is to grasp your shaft near the base squeeze and stroke it a couple times like masturbating.

I can say this as I have a somewhat unique take on this, being I'm either regimentally kilted when in public or nude while at home. When I pee, I do have a slight continuation of wetness for a short time but it does eventually dry up. After shaking as much as I dare at the toilet, I take my finger (with or without toilet paper) to draw away any drops still at the tip. It is likely that there may be a few more drops for the next 5 minutes or so as I can confirm that after sitting at my desk chair right after going, my glans is a bit damp at first. Mine does get better within about 3-5 minutes though, so mine isn't an active leak/dribble. It's just remnants of urine stuck in my urethra and I believe it may be because of a couple of possible reasons:
- Like my penis, my urethra doesn't contract like it used to so it remains stretched and has more volume for urine to occupy.
- The implant somehow keeps my proximal urethra (inside my body) a bit in a slight "U" shape which traps a little urine.

Donnie,
While seated, press upward and forwards the perineal region behind your scrotum with your finger. Then squeeze the bottom of your shaft and advance this pressure toward the tip. I usually can coax a few more squirts out of me with this method. It works while standing as well.

I have the same issue that Waynetho described, but from my early 30s, but now it is little more. I see a few drops for upto 5 minutes after I pee, which used to annoy me a lot. I do what Mikestap exactly does: press on the perennial area at the base of my scrotum, which releases some urine, while also shaking my penis.
I always put toilet paper or tissues till nothing is left. It seems we have to live with that for the time being.

Same issue here since 1st surgery in 2014, I have wrapped it in a paper towel at night since then . I just assumed that all of us have some type of issues to deal with from the cancer.
It is a problem but the results are worth the trouble to do it

You can shake it, beat it or slam it against the wall but you have to put in back in your pants to get the last drops to fall.
