Pump failure question

Hello Guys

I am almost 16 months postop and my pump on my implant is going flat. I have the have the coloplast titan with the older genesis pump. It’s like a squished tennis ball. Hence can’t inflate. When I squeeze the deflate tabs the pump becomes full gain. This is either the pump or the reservoir has leaked. Is this how the implant fails?

Update scrotum is swelling, I assume pump is actually leaking? The swelling is around pump.
