How many came out of surgery with loss length?
As the title asks, how many of you guys that have implants came out of surgery with a loss of length? If so, was it significant? I am headed towards that direction of probably needing an implant. My biggest fear with being right at 6” is that I’ll lose a bunch of length. I’ve ofcourse heard stories of people losing length but curious how common it is. Thanks guys.

My doctor told me to expect to lose 1/3 inch. I am four weeks after surgery and I am showing a gain of 1/4 inch. To say I ecstatic is an understatement.

Yes I was on T Nation if That’s what your referring to. I’ve been on trt quite a while trying to fix things. Never really helped me. I’m in the process of pct with enclomiphene starting Wednesday.

If you’re right at 6” I don’t think you have cause to worry.
Reading this board for size results is a mixed bag, to say the least. You have two extremes.....guys who gained a little and guys who lost a lot.
Those guys usually had some other things going on....bad Peyronies, other deformities.
You get to the vast majority of folks who got an implant for ED and didn’t have a lot else going on, the two categories are guys who lost a little and guys who eventually got back to their original size.
At the one year mark I’ve lost 1/2” and I continue to cycle and feel some stretch. I’ve not given up all hope that I might get to my original 6.8”. Even if I don’t, I’m fine with what I’ve got. Plus at revision time maybe he can fit me in a 21+4. It’s not unusual for the second implant to be larger than the first.
If you’ve got a reputable surgeon, 6 months after the procedure you ought to expect a dick somewhere between 5 1/2 and 6 inches long. Maybe 5 1/4 but still growing via cycling.
Guess what? That’s a perfectly normal cock. Hard, it will do tricks that will amaze you.
I said this in another post that guys tend to focus waaaaaay too much energy on size. I’ve heard ladies make derogatory comments about micropenises (less than 2 1/2” erect) and I’ve heard them complain about some guys being so big it hurt. I’ve never heard any woman gripe about a normal (5-7) inch guy who had a vague idea of what he was doing.
My surgeon was upfront and honest. He said the goal was to get me back to where I started. He said there were issues with equipment and anatomy that sometimes resulted in small losses of size. He didn’t sugar coat the poison pill but he did promise to do the best he could. I was ok with it then and I’m ok with it now.
A rock hard 5 1/2 inch cock is still damned effective for your task at hand.

Re: How many came out of surgery with loss length?
Length loss is a major complaint among implanted men. A significant portion of those complaints are due to unrealistic expectations. Prime causes of those unrealistic expectations are 1) comparison to size from years ago, before E.D. took a toll on size and 2) comparison to an exaggerated memory.
A skilled surgeon (one who has confidence in his ability to properly measure a man's tunica albuginea and choose an implant the fits) makes all the difference. A surgeon would wish to avoid the catastrophic outcome of a too-large implant protruding through a man's penis (medical term is "erosion" and generally results in disastrous trauma, loss of penile tissue and disfiguration). So, undersizing may be seen as a precautionary measure against oversizing. Undersizing can lead to ultimate loss of length.
Find a surgeon who has done a lot of implants, or one under the supervision/mentorship of a HIGHLY experienced surgeon.
Interview your surgeon thoroughly and pointedly about his/her surgical technique and philosophy so you know (and your surgeon knows) your expectations.
I came out of my surgery exactly the same length as I did going in. I measured carefully in the weeks before the surgery. (I did not think to measure girth, but should have.)

Yeah my numbers are great on trt but wasn’t fixing all my pssd issues and i was losing hair pretty badly on top of it. So I’m getting off and going to try a few other things but with pills not helping much anymore I’m moving on to injections and starting to look at implant options.
