It’s just getting adjusted to having it in me I guess?

Ray, the ache you're talking about is probably accordion folds (or dog-ears). When deflated, they will pop anytime the cylinders are bent. These folds can poke into the inside of corpora and can at least in my case, cause a sharp pain or as you say, an ache.

That’s exactly what I feel! If I don’t inflate from time to time during the day, the “dog ears” hurt! I was at a meeting the other day and I got one and all I could do is hold my breath till the lady left and I went to the bath room.

If you can, try putting a small amount of pressure in - it will work against your penis's natural tendency to retract and may minimize the dog ears or at least make them softer and less pointed on the sides.

Mine did get better, or at least I became more tolerant of them as I healed. I still get them but they don't have such a sharp pain that wants to send me through the roof anymore.

Thank you for sharing about the dog ear pain I feel. It’s been three months now and I asked my wife if it felt any different than before when I was hard? Her comment was, are you kidding this feels way better than before and the erection can last as long as she likes! I also have been using this gel I insert in the tip on the penis that engorges it and adds more girth. Doc carrion prescribed it for me. So far as they say the pain was worth it and my confidence is back in the bedroom!

After three months implanted I’ve been noticing that when my wife is on top my shaft sinks into my body making me shorter in leghth laying down. I don’t have the problem standing up! Any suggestions!

Maybe your crus is deeper than the rear tips. Maybe one or more rear-tip extenders should have been used?

First, consult your surgeon. I'm a layman, non-medical. I can theorize but your surgeon might have an idea why it's happening.

Another thing is I’ve noticed it’s a lot harder to reach a orgasm with the implant the before with other Ed treatments!

I originally agonized over the fact that I had such a difficult time to get to orgasm (to this day, I've only cum with my wife ONCE since I was implanted and only about 3 months after surgery).

I decided that the enjoyment of making love (or having sex) doesn't have to be connected to orgasms. I can always relieve my tensions solo whenever I have time. I enjoy my wife, or whatever partner I'm with, enjoying my efforts for as long as I feel able to service them. Getting my wife to 20-30 orgasms (she cums easily) or her best friend to an orgasm so strong (from penetration and oral) that she almost snaps my head off with her legs, gives me immense pleasure.

I figure my penetrative orgasms will come back when they decide to - and until then I can fairly easily get one solo.
