I do not know for sure. You would need to see a doctor. They do make narrow cylinders.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

I don't think you have a concern for even a narrow cylinder. Should be able to have the regular cylinders. That is if there is no scarring or plaque. That usually causes a curvature of some sort. But there can be some in the Crus inside your body but I think you are early enough for that not to be a problem. If there is a little bit your doctor can remove or treat it during surgery. What is your girth erect?

The average circumference is 9-10cm flaccid.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

I think it's ok. It's a good girth. What matters is your hard circumference.
I have a 13.5 cm circumference at the base, but it starts to narrow and it's 11cm below the glans. This narrowing was caused by Peyronie plaques, so I also have this concern about being too narrow for an implant.

Peyronies since Sep 2019.
Penis developed curvature, lots of plaque, loss of size and axial rigidity. Severe peyronie.

I think it's ok. It's a good girth. What matters is your hard circumference.
