I am not a doctor but I would be surprised if either of you would not be able to receive regular cylinders, A good doctor might have to do a little extra work given Tortao's problems but LCB2020 is no concern at all. I do not think a doctor would schedule a surgery if there was a good chance a device could not be implanted.

AMS has a surgical procedure document. The inflatable part of the cylinders are flat and pliable and have no trouble being inserted. The tips on each end are smaller than the inflatable cylinders when pumped up. The document says to dilate to something like 11mm. You'd need to check. So as long as the hard tips can go in you are good.

My penis is more than 12 and less than 13 cm in circumference, mid shaft. It's also curved to the left. it's more like 5 inches in circumference. Will it be a problem for me?

I was 10.795 cm before surgery. With cycling achieved 11.43 cm. And now with more
aggressive cycling I'm headed to12.065 cm. I would love a girthier dick but nature had other plans and I had no problem being fitted with a Titan.
