Implant feeling inside the body

Hello, i've read that many people (including me) are really scared about the feeling of having an implant inside the d*ck.
Now, i'm a really weird person in that sense: everytime there's something "wrong" about my body, i feel really anxious and hope it finishes soon. One of my biggest fears about the implant is that, once having one, i'll feel really uncomfortable and not being able to go back to pre-surgery.

So i ask to people who had one, especially the guys with a d*ck which size is more than average (but even the others are more than welcome!!):

Can you feel it all the day? How much time after the surgery you get used to it to the point you dont feel it anymore? Is it bothering when you make sport, walk and so on? Is it painful or uncomfortable?

Only time I can feel anything different is when I hold my dick in my hand to pee or shower, or sex of course. Occasionally my pump makes my scrotum itch a little but that could just be me. Usually resituating things in my crotch takes care of the itch. Walking (nude or kilted and regimental), no issue. Running, jumping, no problem. No pain and doesn't feel any different than before.

Undesirable differences are minimal. The one desired difference (rigid erection) is terrific!

Just my opinion, for you to examine your situation: "If you are concerned that you might want to "go back to pre-surgery", you are not ready to have an implant."

To answer your question specifically (thought I doubt this has any REAL value for you)
I can feel the hard plastic tips in my glans.
When completely deflated, I can feel the inflatable tubes, flattened and crinkly.
I can feel the tubing from the pump valve to the inflatable tubes
Of course, I can feel the hard plastic pump/valve body in my scrotum
Of course, I can feel the pump bulb in my scrotum
I can see (in the mirror) a bulge of the pump bulb in my scrotum, especially if wearing form-fitting swimsuit or underwear
(This is perhaps unique to me) I can feel what feels like a grain of sand on my penis. My surgeon does not know what it might be either. I can only feel it with my fingers and it absolutely no effect of any kind, erect or flaccid, during sex, urination or just sitting around. But if you obsess over how your body feels, it probably would bother you until you accept that "it is what it is" and there is no ill effect nor anything short of surgery to do anything about it, which is unnecessary anyway.

Within a few months, it will be your "New Normal" and even though you know and feel the implant, it will be just another thing that's part of you. Or at least that's what most of the guys here have said and I went through the same thing too.

I was always a grower. In my healthy younger days I could make just shy of 7" erect. Normal activity I feel great with my new increased flaccid. But I do not feel the components. I do have a problem with my proximal cylinder ends. And I do have some discomfort and pain at times from that and am working on getting that fixed. But that is not normal. I did have discomfort from the reservoir for some time after surgery but rarely know that it is even there.

But as was said I can feel the cylinders, tubing and pump with my fingers. Any other time I do not even know they are there.

I’m gonna pretty much echo newbie’s comments. He really ought to get a new screen name, he may be new-ish but his advice is that of a knowledgeable “old hand.”

My take: you get a filling in a tooth that has a cavity.

If you feel around for it with your tongue, you know you have a filling due to slight textural differences.

If they use porcelain or tooth-colored dental material, you might see the filling very faintly under the right light or with magnification. Otherwise it looks like a regular tooth.

So goes the implant. Onviously, I have a third ball in my nutsack. If I dig around with my fingers I can find some tubing. The cylinders aren’t radically different from the corpora except a bit harder, and I can palpate the tips on the underside of the head, near the frenulum. Nothing feels different. Only time you know for sure something is different is when you inflate, deflate, or go looking.

If you were like me and had VL your whole life, this is nirvana, heaven, Las Vegas, and the 4th of July all rolled into one. I’ve got a really nice flaccid cock and an even better erect one. I seldom give the implant any thought. It’s like wearing 30 day contact lenses.

Only problem is I’m 65 and like to take wife to beach. Since I started weight training upon retirement and have this implant I sort of enjoy stuffing my man meat into a swim trunk that would be better suited for a 20 yr old. For me, I am always reminded whenever I piss at a urinal. Unfortunately, your dick is not as flexible any more. I am also uncut, so when I piss, shaking is not as fruitful, lol.
For some reason, my skin is not as supple anymore, so walking around, lying down, etc, yes, I am reminded.
As LS said, on the plus side, when I inflate, watch out!

Bottom line, things are different for people. Me, I am still waiting to get my length back! Pumping, then feeling the stretch, tells me there is room for improvement.

I can only echo above. For me I can’t remember when I quit noticing my dick 2.0 as anything but me when dressed it feels normal walking around in my work attire, I wear scrubs.

At the gym or at least pre Covid I had to change to briefs to something with a little bit more ball support.

Occasionally now I notice it when doing yard work, snow removal and such due to the larger flaccid state.

When standing at the urinal is time I notice it the most being not having to find the little guy the larger deflated state can makes it a little bit easier to get it out but acts more like a chubby same with stowing it.

When naked I can see the pump especially when my sack is relaxed, sometimes I can see a dog ear or an odd bend.

I have felt nothing wrong at only different. This goes for sex as well yes I can feel the tips and sometimes the tubes but I guess I got used to it

Today, it is three weeks since getting my implant. If you check some of the older posts, I too asked a similar question--I titled it Funny Question. As of today, although I do not get deflated until Tuesday--everything feels normal and even good. I can feel the tips and the partially inflated cylinders, but they do not feel weird--they are part of the new me. My pump is in a good position and does not get in the way and now that all of the swelling is gone, I can find the tubing--but, unless I'm looking for it, I do not notice it. So far--it is great!

I have thought about this some. I was on years ago under a different user name and when I came back there was a change with this board that I could not recover my old pass word that I did not remember. So I just started over with what I thought would help others help me. Now as folks recognize my user name if I changed it they might not know it is me. Kind of like a company changing brand names. But that is a trade off for new members who do not look at the post count for users. Or do a lot of reading and searching old posts. Then I need a new user name. Still thinking on it.
