Anyone have contact info for Dr Hakky? I see he does cosmetic procedures in addition to being a well known surgeon here on FT. I would like his opinion on receiving a enhancement procedure post IPP implant.

Can I ask which enhancement procedure you're referring to? I actually asked Dr Eid a similar question and got a good answer from him.

I was also interested in dermal filler, for girth enhancement. I asked Dr Eid if the girth enhancement (dermal filler) is compatible with the penile implant, and if so which should be done first between implant and filler. He replied:

"Yes the filler can be inserted before or after an implant. It’s best to do it after since the cylinders will stretch the penis and allow the plastic surgeon to evenly distribute the the filler. This will provide you with a nicer cosmetic outcome. Inserting the filler in a soft retracted penis is more difficult and the surgeon will not know how it looks when the penis becomes erect"

This is fascinating that such a thing exists.
AS I understand it, the dermal filler would be quite firm?
If this is the case, would there be any concern about possible erosion of the penile tissue between the hard inflated prosthesis and the firm filler?

If you imagine a morter and pestle, harder-softer-harder leads to erosion of the softer with repeated motion.
I know this is a poor analogy, but just to illustrate the point.

Various filler material can have varying degrees of firmness, however what I consider to be "the good stuff" is a stimulatory filler that causes collagen production in the injection site. So it is your own body's collagen being grown to enhance the girth, and then the original injected substance slowly fades away over a few years while the collagen remains. Erosion is still definitely a concern for me, but then that's why I went to Dr Eid for his opinion.
