Actually the material I'm referring to is called Ellanse. It is newer than PMMA and supposedly much better/safer. It was actually done in the US for several years at one clinic but they have currently stopped offering it since it is pending FDA approval . But I think the approval is expected this year. PMMA is considered more risky and has never been offered in the US.

Looks good. I've had several rounds of fillers going back 10 years. You can search my post history to see my latest pic. I would say I did too much though, which can lead it to feel a bit too squishy/lumpy in places. Best to use very minimal amount only.
I am not sure what product he uses, but Dr. Jason Emer in West Hollywood has a youtube page with lots of videos of guys that he does girth enhancement on if you want to see some other examples of that.
