My pump is upside down. Tubes enter the pump at the bottom of my sack. If you have a demo pump, hold it with the Bulb up and the deflate button facing yourself. Tubes at the bottom. I'll be asking questions as to how the pump was installed next office visit.
My flaccid is....what it is. completely flaccid. Pix attached. Don't see any reason to measure today. Cylinders are folded at the shaft/body area (dog ears) and on the right midshaft area. that area is were an indentation was from TriMix. Left curve is probably caused by the right bulge. I don't know. I'm pretty sure a couple of pumps would: 1. straighten the shaft 2. give more of a roundness to the girth 3. take a better picture. Left Nut is sitting on top of the pump. Pump currently leaning to scrotum left. Bulb Up. It is early days. No Pain. No I'm not happy with what I see.
Lots of questions. I can't wait to have everyone in the exam room poking, squeezing and scratching head. Pun intended.

ED 26 years. 1995->Pills->Shots->Implant penoscrotal Implanted Feb2021, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal, 100cc reservoir. Looking forward to revision with a better Doctor.

Day 48
Activated yesterday. No issues during the event. Was told the pump "could" drop to a bulb down position with further manipulation and Time. Instructed to fully inflate and hold for 1 hour each day, with the majority of remaining time spent deflated. Inflate while watching TV, adding a pump at every commercial. (Found it also works with Porn) No pain. Hot tub this morning and max effort of Bone Pressed 5.75", slight ache down in the RTE areas. Great news I didn't lose any length. My max Tri-Mix just prior to surgery was 5.5" Goal is original teenage 6" and lose the Pubic fat pad. (some new swelling going on after all the Up/Down)
Pump access is an issue. Only time will tell. Pump revision is an option, if I can't live with the final outcome (9 to 12 months out). Perhaps this is what happens with a small scrotum? Don't know of enough guys with small sacks to make a judgement. All in, I'm very happy to have a functional dick, that stays up until I tap out. No more guessing on dosages, timing or Mid-Stroke collapse.
As many have said: Should of done this a long time ago.
