Ejaculation post implant
15 month post op, I find when pumped to the max, I can not achieve orgasm. When deflated some, I can. But for penetration I need it inflated to the max because of plaque removal. Everything feels good, but just won’t cum via penetration. Frustrating for new partner as she is younger and very wild in her movements. I find myself holding my penis often because she grinding and penis bends, no pain, but no orgasm. Sensation is there, Also, anyone notice durning long sessions, you have to stop and get pee the frequently. ?

Re: Ejaculation post implant
It takes me a long time to cum with intercourse, I start pumped not quite full and pump more later as it expands in my wife she likes the feel. When hard to pump it is a little tender but after a few minutes it eases up. We end up fucking for at least 30 minutes before I can cum. Sometimes I can't get there but that's just me being an old man. Lol
I also shoot a little pee when I cum at times.

Re: Ejaculation post implant
I am sixty, and I understand the pee issue. I just have to stop and pee as sex sessions take forever. I am single and involved with partners post op. So they don’t really understand. I am so guarded. My surgery had the implant and plaque removal. So it is plicated to not turn up. There is no pain, but I guess fear of breakage plays a part. Some of it is mental as I can reach orgasm on my own. But I know what hurts and feels good and what I should not do. A wild crazed sex partner does not . The implanted penis is probably stronger then a non implant. But it bends in ways that make me mentally uncomfortable.
