Thank you for your responses, I don't even know which Titan I have now, this is all sort of a blurry nightmare, all of this is more taxing on the mind than anything else.
I haven't spoke to anyone about the malleable, just know that is is more reliable than any of the others.
Thank you for the Chart, I haven't seen that yet.
I have read that the rigid doesn't give the girth that the titan does, but at this point I am ready to give up girth and length to just be done with it all.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.

I have had 3 implants all within a year because of infection so I have had the 3 piece as well as the malleable. I was a little vain about the malleable, but my results have me thinking otherwise at this point.
The malleable will give you the least of problems.
Talk to your Dr. about the next steps. Since issues are bad, just tell him about the chart and your choice.
Good luck,

One thing to think of with the malleable is if you can get insurance to cover the malleable and the surgery then you can put your own funds to pay for Urofill or some other such product to enhance your girth.

It can get a bit pricey though, but I understand substantial gains can be made by putting in like 10K the first year and about 2k a year after that for upkeep.

And here is nothing that can be done about your length, but there are things that can be done to give you good glans engorgement like Cialis and Viagra

So there are ways to deal with the size loss. They might not be ideal, but I think they are better than running the risk of more surgeries

Thank you for the responses, there isn't a lot of info, on the malleable, I have read about the urofill,.
Is the difference in girth really noticeable ?, does the malleable fill the shaft anywhere near the results of an ipp ?
No more surgeries sounds fantastic at this point.
My insurance should cover the revision to have a malleable implant done, but the cost of urofill wouldn't be an option for me at all.
I don't want to get a malleable implant done and be completely dis-satisfied with the results of how the girth of it turns out.

The malleable will have far less girth than an IPP. A good doctor will be concerned about tissue erosion and will size you conservatively.

We're all different, but for me I'm more concerned about damage from multiple operations than being small. I'm not saying it wouldn't bother me. I don't want to be sexually disappointing any more than anyone else, but I'd rather be humble than be sorry

Thank you for the input, I'm leaning that way also, I'm tired of the 6 hour one way trips down there, the uncertainey of a failure of the IPP, I just don't get why so many failures on a few of us individuals here, Dr. Kohler is a high volume surgeon at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, and seems to have a ton of experience in this field.
I would imagine if I'm not completely satisfied with it, I would be stuck with it unless something go's wrong with that also.
After messaging twice and 3 calls down there, and still no call back to me I'll be happy if I get a phone call this coming week.

just got home yesterday from my 5th revision down at the Mayo clinic in MN.
They removed all of the Titan IPP P,O,S, and installed a Coloplast Genesis 23cm 13mm MPP.
All went well, it was a quicker, more simple surgery, I didn't have to stay the night in the hospital, I woke up from surgery without a catheter, I feel much better this time around.
Tomorrow I will take the dressing off and shower and see how it looks.
The surgeon told me that I would have less chance of erosion because of having the IPP installed for a time, that would create a good hardened capsule for the MPP and I have enough meat around my penis to the point I shouldn't lose any girth compared to inflating the Ipp that I had.
I'll see..........
Whoops I might have already posted this in another section.
