cbinspok wrote:Hey all, just got off the phone with Uro's office -they called to say some horse shiz about the INS and how they didn't agree to the last date change. So they already filled my previous spot (the 23rd) so in order for the medical/Ins to pay I have to go back to other date. Its bs and i'm kinda pissed off, its been a crummy day... I was pretty nice as I don't want to tick off the surgeon but I did let em know this was very UN-cool.
so now they are scrambling to get me a date that works with the original INS Oked date.

stay tuned- crap!
thanks all!!!

I agree--it is all horse-dung. It should have been simple for INS to adjust their date. But I remember it took me almost a month to get my insurance to finally agree to pay for the procedure--even though it is a covered procedure. They were just slow. Keep pushing--remember the best advocate for you is YOU! Here's hoping.

So stupid question time: My balls really hang low in the morning and get walnut tight most of the time and when at the gym etc. So How does the pump react to this? seems like a lot of guys here think there pumps are too high in the sac. My doc is going to do what he does, just wondering-... think he would listen if I asked him to slip it a bit lower?

Thanks all!! Mar 18! at this point-can't wait, get er done.

My pump is low on the left. It is easy to grasp and use. Although I have been using it for only three days, I really like the location. One thing is I am having to learn how to sit with the pump being low, but all-in-all I think I definitely prefer this location to one that might be higher.

I am excited for you. You are gonna do fine. I am still excited for me and I think thigs are going really well.

Thinking of you. I was there just about five weeks ago. Ask your questions. A quick true story--when my doctor and I were about done going over the plan for my three part procedure, he asked me if I had any questions. The only thing I asked him was--"Are you having a good day?" He smiled and said, "yes." I then replied--"let's go do this then!" And we did!

Wish you good luck!
Don't worry about the LGX or CX. Your surgeon will decide the best for you. I was also thinking about LGX, but the doctor said CX is better for me, I accepted. It is all good, as you said.

Well you guys got a new brother yesterday, recouping for a while, over all everything went great and Im doing well with little pain. Dr pumped me up to about 60% and through the discomfort it feel great to have stiffy even if its not completely “ done” its mine without the pills that we’re leaving me sick for a week. Was able to get the Lgx as the peyonies curve was still there it has been mitigated with massauge over many years.
Plan on taking wrap off today, may post pic if I can figue out how.

No regretes ! Thanks all and especially to Bob
