Implants at a young age

Postby Rawness1111 » Wed Feb 24, 2021 10:58 am

How realistic is it to believe that even if your implant does last 10-15 years as a young man you can have revision after revision over the years and everything be OK? And have a working functioning dick for the rest of your life. My thoughts personally is that I'm going to exhaust all other methods of course that's a give but when all else fails and its time to make that decision am I looking at 10 years of good sex happiness or a lifetime worth? Will I lose length with every revision what about the chances of infection the more that I revise.

I can't say how long an implant will last, there are too many variables that could result in a failure. However many say the revision is easier and don't lose any length/girth. Infection risk is minimal since most implants are impregnated with antibiotics. At your age my suggestion is see a good urologist who deals with ED. They can give the best advice for a solution, fix or whatever. An implant is a big step and there is no going back.
I will say I did all the pills and injections until the side effects or failures got so bad the implant was the last step. Now that I've gotten used to my bionic penis I'm a happy guy.

I am the same age as you. I have tried pills and injections, penis jelqs, anything to get my sex life back, but nothing worked. Every guy is different, but I will say after being in this group for awhile now, implant is not a bad idea. I see that most guys actually gain length with revisions.Go to a good ED/Men-Sex Dr to get what you really want.

I am 36 years old and have been through this mental struggle as well. It gets to a point where you can make peace with the decision to commit to an implant if youve truly tried all other methods.

I tried pills like Cialis and Viagra for years and their effectiveness failed over time. Ive tried GAINswave, P-shot, pumps, vitamins, diet changes, exercises specific to this purpose, stopping medications, changing medications, seeing different doctors, reading endlessly about options, injections of Edex, then injections of trimix... and I am sure I have forgotten a couple things as well.

After all of that, at what point do you just think to yourself "If none of these are a working solution, what are my current options?"... I am no expert, but there are two answers that seem obvious to that question... 1 - Find ways to stimulate yourself that dont involve intercourse (not my preference). 2 - Get the implant and feel once again what its like to talk dirty and back it up, spontaneously engage in sexual activity, and not only that, but be able to satisfy a partner beyond what you could before since you wont go soft.

My point is, although I arguably have plenty of decades left on this earth, I'd rather stretch my ability to perform intercourse beginning in my younger years, than hold off and postpone the youthful days of sexual activity, due to a fear that one day when im much older, there may be a complication that I would have regardless of when I get the implant put in. If it were a fact that you could push implants to work for you over a period of lets say, 40 years, at my age of 36, I would much rather have a complete inability when im almost 80 years old, than go from age 35-40, when the chicks in their 20's are still interested lol.

I’m on my second implant, Ive gained 2cm in length and when I cum it’s so intense it feels like I might blow the end of my cock off.
I’ve talked to a guy who was on his fourth implant, he was 89, he told me he won’t go through a day without fucking my woman, if she dies I suppose I’d have to jack off a lot”

I assume from your post that even the injections did not work for you? Or did you just not like them?

Injections like Edex40 worked, but inconsistently and caused pain. Trimix didn't seem to work.

I hear that man. I am on Edex20 and it's not really good enough, and the pain (both from the ridiculous half inch needle plus the hours of penis aching during and after sex) make it not worth the substandard erection it creates.

Im 23. I did everything. Cialis, viagra, injections, sildenafil, sport, i quit smoking, Psychologists, I trained my perineum, I stopped masturbating altogether for several months to see if that was the cause, I practiced intensive sport, I ate a lot of aphrodisiac foods that promote érections,I tested the penis ring... Well.. I can continue.

The ultrasound showed a serious problem with the blood circulation. The operation was the only solution.

I did get erections but very rarely and uncontrollably. And it never lasted more than 5 seconds. Just enough time to realize roughly the size and appearance of my penis.

Regarding masturbation, everything was done in semi-erection, sometimes even without an erection at all but always with excitement.

I have never had full sex.

Am I a virgin? Hahaha
