For me the changes were subtle. Why the changes? I don't know, but here is one example and guess. I used to prefer fellatio or coitus. Now, it is the other way around. I received my implant January 8;2020. I have never Looked back. The surgery for me was nothing! No pain not much bleeding unbelievable! my answer: yes, agre with you. Ejaculation is a pelvic floor contractile thing, and implant does not help that (might hinder it). I have stated that orgasm is way better with an implant because the nerve sensation or argasm and the flood over you feels way better because it last longer since you do not go down right away and since stimulation of your penis on top of the hard implant feels amazing.
