I believe an experienced surgeon should tell that you will lose some size after the surgery, but with regular cycling, you will regain the size you have today.

I think he is just try to keep expectations low so when you see the results you’ll think he’s a hero or just trying to cover his but “just in case”

My experience is I’m on my second implant, I never lost anything, over the years I’ve actually gained 2cm

Lots of great feedback. I'll just put my two cents in. I went to a world class surgeon with no loss of length. And with my Titan I have gained .25 inches of girth with more to go.
