You were implanted in 2017. So you have been cycling a while.

Just wondering where your tips are when fully pumped. If pumped can you pull on the tip of your penis and pull it above your tips.

If I am pumped up. I can maybe pull my penis up maybe a1/4 inch above my tips.

That is your main thing. Where the tips are. Not sure if your tips are up in your glans and you cannot pull it above them. It might be an issue.

Check them out on Healthgrades.com website to see what they rate for penile implants and complex penile surgeries, maybe penile implant revisions too. Once you find a handful of doctors who rate high enough to suit you, contact them to make sure they do revisions. My surgeon although not a well known high-volume implanter, does revisions too so I'm in good shape if something goes wrong, assuming I choose to go with him again and not someone else (I still have a tiny doubt about maybe being undersized into my crus, perhaps due to scar tissue).

Also you could go with a high-volume surgeon that is mentioned here if you choose.

Paul Perito in Florida, Kramer (no longer at Chesapeake Urology, moving practice to New England (can't remember where), and half a dozen or more that are frequently mentioned in the Implants forum. There are also many unsung quality high-volume implanters that many have never heard of and others may be able to make their own recommendations.

A quick search of the "Implants" forum looking for "high volume" should get you a decent list.

Perito FL, Hakky GA, and to an extent Eid NY are Coloplast doctors. But Perito was listed on a recent paper in which all men were implanted with LGX devices and Hakky told me he would replace my LGX with another LGX in a phone call conversation but wanted to use a Titan. Eid IIRC has a size limit. Under average he uses AMS and average or above uses Coloplast. But may be more to that as I have just read others posts and not talked to him. Kramer dose both but leans a bit to AMS. Those are the marketed big 4 in the US. Karpman CA prefers AMS but does Coloplast. Wang TX I am not sure. Same with Clavell TX. Levine IL IDK. Other talked about good doctors include your doctor, Kansas TX, Blick AZ, Allen TX, and more I cannot remember right now. Morey TX was considered really good but does teaching now and few actual surgeries. Same with Boyd CA but Mills CA, and Yafi are said to be really good.

Brandt in Woodbury is said to be good also but IDK how well he knows your doctor Bodie.

As newbie mentioned ("Allen TX"), I had Mark Allen in Plano TX do mine. He didn't strike me as being a high-volume implanter because he has a full urology practice with male and female patients but he rated very high on Healthgrades for penile implants. I had a difficult case and as a result of proximal crus scarring, it's possible that my implant's rear tips don't go all the way into my crus although Dr. Allen says otherwise. That being said, he did get me a working implant and I've recovered approximately what I had before ED and PD struck so he did a good job. Maybe after a few years, a revision may find that my crus is not just to my pubic bone as I claim based on my implant size but was obstructed and the surgeon might actually get a new implant to fully fill the thus far only imagined and mythical deeper crus in my body.

Are you doing 6-8hrs of traction a day? A VED is going to only marginally help and should supplement heavy traction therapy.

Thank you for the help. I have not tried tried traction. I've herd it can be dangerous. I would not even what to get or how to use it.But thank you.

Traction is perfectly safe: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21492409/
Whoever told you it was dangerous was not correct.

You can simply use a penimaster pro or a phallosan forte+. You can google those products they have a lot of videos and information on how to use them.
