Hello I was recently implanted with a Titan and noticed I’ve lost some erect length. With regular cycling is it possible to recover some lost length.

Yes it is possible. The Titan will expand a bit in length.

We are all different and have different paths to implant. Really no way to say. First of all you need to follow your doctors instructions. The surgery is done so you are locked in for now. Right now you need to heal and avoid infection. Your doctor should give you activation instructions and cycling instructions that you should follow. After you are fully healed you can decide if you want to continue cycling for stretching. About 3 months post op but again we are all different and some are slower to heal. And while infection can happen at any time you are most at risk in the months after surgery. And the least at risk after the first year. What I used was after I was fully healed was to inflate to max and wait 3-5 minutes and add or force more pumps. Then repeat. I would feel stretching. If you feel pain then stop and deflate. Twice a day for up to 30 minutes. I did this for about a year. Others have used a VED after implant. You may want to talk with your doctor about both of these. I have talked to a well known Georgia doctor that prefers Coloplast and he has recommended to me to and another on this site to use VED post implant. And a well known Florida doctor has a paper published about using VED post op. And my AMS user DVD even has a statement that some doctors may advise VED use with cycling. Talk to your doctor and follow his/her instructions about this. While you are healing research this. If your doctor dose not recommend VED use or stretching then after your are fully healed you can decide if and what you want to do. Normal cycling as instructed by your doctor may get you where you do not want to spend the extra time every day.

No girth lost about an inch in length .

Mine has increased almost one inch.

I lost 2 inches of length and 1 1/2 inches of girth.Listen to the old pro's here and you'll be alright.
coloplast SHORTY-14cm+1cm rte TOO short for intercourse. Never had ED until prostate surgey oct. 2016. used VED until implant by Dr. Bodie in march 2017. lost 2 inchs in 4 months.2021 3"L- 4.25 G. hopeing to get revision.
