I would recommend using a VED immediately. If somehow you've lost some size, that would possibly restore it. At least you won't lose more before getting an implant.

yes absolutely. I remember sharing a study from USA that stated average penis size is just over five inches. So of course you will do great with an implant.

This is a problem with the franktalk site, some men have stated "frank talk is brutal for guys with average or below average penis sizes" because the really well endowed guys post tons of pictures and brag about their hugeness.

About VEDs, I originally bought the Encore system. It's an overkill for the use to maintain size since it has all the constriction rings and stuff, but it does have a manual pump and an electrical pump.

The answer is yes you can have an implant. Like somebody mentioned you just a little under average. Having a long dick is all psychological but you really do not need a long dick. I have an eight inch and I usually only use part of it. I do not like to stab a women to death. The clit is only about an inch deep, and that is what women like to be tickled to death rather then stabbed to death. Very few women like getting hurt.
