So i was thinking.. If i undergo an implant surgery, and the implant breaks, i may have to wait like 1-2 months or more before getting another (i live in Italy and you have to wait a little bit for surgeries).

Hope, there are three separate components here that are not mutually inclusive. ERECTION, ORGASM, EJACULATION.

First, it is not necessary to have an erection to have an orgasm. Many who have received implants or had severe ED for years can vouch for the fact that they can still have an orgasm without a hard penis. I see no reason why you couldn't get one. The prostate is under the bladder and is accessed through the anus. there is no part of the implant in that area. On the other hand, I have a set of UroLift implants INSIDE my prostate and that might possibly pose a problem or risk for prostate massages, although I have accomplished digital stimulation of my prostate (fingers) with little difficulty.
