Almost 3 weeks into post op of my revision surgery, I didn't really notice on the first implant so much,,, but this revision surgery now that I can feel it and run my fingers along the shaft.
I noticed a lot of roughness, bumps, and ridge's along the shaft, especially near the base on the left side where the underside of the shaft where it meets the scrotum,
I know that some of this might be the route of the tubing, but there is 2 small b-b sized bumps in that area also, when I press my finger down on them I can feel them suddenly disappear, lift my figer and they are back,,, kind of hurts a little bit, nothing bad, but paranoid that this implant could be facing failure also.
Just feels extra rough for some reason,, tried contacting the doc, and one of his assitance, messaged me back with some out of the box answer to the point of me knowing he didn't get the question that I was asking them.
Anyone else with the Titan that has noticed this kind if roughness ?

BUMPY OR ROUGH SHAFT AFTER IMPLANT
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.

Almost certainly by your description those are kinks, dog ears or accordion folds that almost everyone talks about. If that is what they are, and you weren't grossly oversized, they will most likely disappear once you inflate but will likely come back upon deflating.

I am almost 10 weeks out with my Titan. I did have a couple of times when I noticed bumps, but pumping made them go away. Surgeon said it was folds in the implant.
If i notice them now I pump a couple of times and then deflate and they tend to go away.
I was afraid I was doing something wrong but surgeon didn't think so.
Best of luck to you.
