I don't really understand why you blame the Titan for your poor flaccid and palpable tubing.
I am sure there are some differences in the flaccid between AMS and Titan. But you are not really the best suited person to tell that difference.
You are though well entitled to tell the difference between a successful surgery and a fuck-up surgery.
As I have said many times, a perfectly installed Titan does not produce a shitty flaccid.

Your doc fucked up and hence you had poor results.
With such a crap installation, no implant type in the world would have been working well.
Not that it really matters to me, but I just can't help wondering why you keep bashing the implant type when apparently your doc fucked up.

Glad for you that you got better results second time around though.

I think its more of a psychological thing.
After my surgery, I could swear I could feel it as I pissed, and this happened for a while.
It felt as though I was peeing through a tube. Everything was still there in my body, but when I pissed, my bladder was going through a tube!
Thank goodness, after a while, I did not notice it.
It is true about shaking at the urinal. You cannot shake like before.
There is still a little discomfort hauling out 'Fred', but not as much as before...and this is after 10 months! Coming up on my one year anniversary.

This is just to share a cycling method recommended by my surgeon that I do daily...
After completing a 1-hour cycling session to the threshold of pain, I first hold and depress the valve for a few seconds. Then I depress and hold the valve again while simultaneously using my other hand to gently but firmly squeeze out ALL of the saline, starting just under the glans down to the base. Once the gurgling sound concludes, all of the saline has returned to the reservoir. Finally, I "pop" the bulb and do a few squeezes for slight inflation, giving me a good hang that rests against my ball sac but not so much that the implant lifts away from my body. I believe this process eliminates the potential for "sticky" valves and gives me the flaccid look I desire.
However, I can only comment about this process for my AMS 700 LGX...perhaps members with a different brand/model of a 3-piece implant will post about whether or not this method works for them.
P.S. It's important to pay attention to your state of inflation before you piss or you could miss the urinal completely!

BTW, I don’t care what you think because you never was supportive and empathetic towards anything I wrote.
I will repeat, Titan is not good for anything under 7 inches of length.
Another thing about Titan is that I never received my implant card, never was called from Titan rep nor Titan Liason. Titan has very poor customer service. Was never able to speak to someone and no one returned any calls.
Merix, what else I need to say to get your empathy? Just want to add, I live in USA where Titan headquarters is.
So, I will repeat, my Titan was never good and never softened a bit for 27 months. It was just foreign body, nothing else.
I am on this forum for about 4 years so I read lots of other people experience and comments on this forum. Some of them sounded like paid promoters to me with you taking the lid. So go ahead promoting it but forget about me.

You bash the Titan because it gave you poor results.
But you ignore the fact your implant was horribly installed. Twisted
Do you really think your results mean anything whatsoever?
It means one thing: choose a good doc who does not screw up. But your results will not say anything about whether the implant model itself is good or bad.
I just don’t understand how you can argue with that.

Secondly, your mantra about Titan being useless if you are below 7” is proven wrong as well. My dick was 16.5 cm (6.5”) bone pressed before surgery. You have seen plenty of pictures proving my flaccid is perfect.

So my point is that you’re just wrong. Factually and logically wrong.
You will get my sympathy when you start using fact based argumentation. And when you stop scaring people away from one of the brands with faulty logic, using your doc’s fuckup as a way to blame the implant itself.

And I will continue to point out factual errors when I see them. Including yours.

That’s nothing personal. I don’t know you, have never met you, will never meet you and don’t care any more or less about you than all other 7 billion people on this planet whom I have no relation to.

I am not in to any “my dick is bigger than yours” discourse.
And what furthers the FT cause is differently defined by different people. There is a whole thread about a T-shirt which I personally think does shit for the FT cause. But I don’t complain about that since apparently some people like it.
We’re all different and want different things from this site.
I, and many others, care about facts and correct information. And since I care for that, I react when I read the opposite.
Finally, why so afraid of an argumentative discussion? That’s what creates progress everywhere. We’re all adults here and we’re all capable to hear someone say they think we’re wrong.
No big deal expressing different points.

Getting back to the OP's question about the feel.
I want to add that, your urethra is left alone, it is the surrounding area that is messed with, so it will take a while to get used to the feeling...and what everyone else said, lol!
If you can stomach it, there are some vids on YouTube (I couldn't) of the surgeries, as well as some instructional vids from several Drs.

Sorry, Merrix, but it was my view that your "discourse" with MK has dissolved over time into mutual mud slinging (thus my reference to "my dick is...."). How about both of you striving to find points upon which you agree, rather than harping back-and-forth about the points upon which you disagree (again, my reference to "my dick is...").
In this horrific time of global pandemic, social unrest, etc., let's all strive to find common ground.
