After my implant surgery at Vanderbilt Dr. Milam had a talk with my wife. I don't know exactly what he told her. She said he told her that the surgery was a success and I would be happy with the outcome.

When I came back to the room she was waiting there with that certian smile on her face. She told me Dr. Milam said you will be happy with the outcome.

Through the haze of pain meds and being put to sleep I saw a gleam in her eyes. Now two years later it is still there. For us the impact of the implant is best decribed as spiritual. Also, at 42 years of marriage our sex life is the best ever.

It's a roller coaster ride for me. Some days (keep in mind it's day 12 for me) I feel like I've lost most of my length and on days when swelling is down in my scrotum I see that I haven't. I can't wait until daily use becomes the norm.
