Glans and blood flow.

Postby Opie52 » Sat Jan 23, 2021 8:22 am

I’m going on 2 years of being implanted and have no real complaints, I will tell you though that my surgeon did not put the tips into my glans and I have kept blood flow and engorgment just as I did pre surgery, I asked him why he didn’t and he said it takes away sensation and there was no need. So fellas it can be done and you can maintain a little of what you had before. As far as the pain, it was excruciating, I was on dillated and it wouldn’t touch it. He then gave me a prescription anti inflammatory and it was night and day. The surgeon is doctor Erickson at the university of Iowa hospital, it is a teaching hospital and they brought students in to check it out at my appointments and the nurse practitioner said he had never seen one so straight.

Wow that is hard to believe but it can be done!!!!

If i need a revision will tell the doctor not to put the tips in the glans.! He believes that the tips push the blood out of the glans when pumped up....??

Glad to hear you are doing well and sharing this info with us.
Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.

Having premature ejaculation problems before the slight reduction of sensation was a blessing. Finally I have a measure of control

This doesn’t make sense and can be misleading. Tips should go in the glans otherwise you will get floppy glans. My tips go inside my glans and my glans engorge just fine. I don’t have reduced sensation of glans.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

I have a titan that is never fully deflated. My tips go into my glands and when I JO by hand both my cock and my glands engorge not requiring me to pump up. It deflates as soon as the stimulation ends but I like it. For sex I need to pump it up.

Not sure it is misleading. Using rte's lets the doctor adjust the length. All good, but what happens if adding 1 more cm to the rte's makes the length too long. Leaving 1 cm out makes it short. Not every man has the same shape to his penis head. Obviously there will be some men who can not get the optimum tip placement.
Think about it.

My tips go inside my glans 3/4 or a bit more and my glans engorge just fine and sensation of glans good, i feel little pain when inflated maximum but i think this just because im 25 days post op only, but when i touch glans and play with it, it will engorge sooo big and the pain disappear because the tips will be in the middle or less
