Vegabond, dr Eid told me he can shave down the ends of the implant in order to fit someone with a shorter penis with a titan XL implant. There’s a study showing the implants working as “tissue expanders”.

And patient would end with tons of bifolds and dog ears which are characteristic of Titan cylinders.
Would like to know how anyone would benefit from that.

What would be the advantage in doing that?
That it would provide greater girth than the smaller length Titan sizes?

You can take a big thing and make it as small as a smaller thing, but then you just have a thing that's now the same size as the initially smaller thing.
I don't understand.

Is it to do with elimintating RTE's to increase probability of a more rigid, stronger fit, one less prone to the hinge effect?

As I understand it, the XL has a larger girth capability as well so shaving down a Titan XL for a shorter penis would mean that it would better fill out the girth of said penis if it was girthy but shorter in length.

The longer a Titan is the wider the girth. I am not sure what length they change though but there is a narrow , standard and xl available but go by length. Using a longer one and shaving off the end that goes into the crux can give you more girth.

There is a chart somewhere showing titan girth measurements. If I remember they change at 18 cm and 22 cm.

So all cylinders under 18 cm are one size. 18 to 21 are slightly bigger. 22 and up are biggest.

Then I think they can order xl if you are really thick.

My 19 cm titan girth was the same as my 20 cm ams girth. 5.5 inches. So they both got me my pre ed girth. That includes my natural engorgement as well. I still thicken a bit when I am horny.
