RTE stands for Rear Tip Extender. As implant cylinders are just made in a limited number of lengths, RTE are used to adjust the implant size in between the cylinder sizes. They come in 0.5cm increments. In some cases it may be necessary for the tubing to exit from the the cylinder at the incision and more RTE's are needed for this alignment.

Not that I am aware of. There was some posts long ago and some doctors do what they can to reduce RTE use but this was for angle of erection and support inside your body. But I do not remember reading anything about having RTE's excluding anything.

There has been talk about the reduced diameter of the rte's are not as ridgid as the implant. Maybe so, maybe it doesn't matter very much. Seems that both major implant makers use a reduced rte diameter. So I suspect they have come to the same decision. I'm guessing that the tissue will adapt to whatever the diameter the rte's are.
So any external testing might not reflect this tissue self sizing to the smaller diameter. Best that I can decide is that I'm not reading about men complaining that their implant buckles during sex. You don't fuck with the rte's nor should they make a difference in your girth. Remember, they are buried in your crus.
Now that has been said. Rte's do not inflate or expand. So I'm thinking that lots of rte's are not the best for LGX implants. At least in the length expansion part of the implant design. Not sure on the CX design. Titans probably are the least affected in my line of thinking. Since I'm likely not a great candidate for a Titan, I haven't spent much time thinking about them.

20 cm/bilat, means same on both sides. 2cm rte means you have 2 cm rte on each 20 cm inflatable. Your total implant is 22cm long. Look up the meaning of, bilateral. In your signature, the 75cc probably is in reference to your reservoir size.

That part I got, what was confusing was that the signatures stating '1 RTE', if that meant just one side had an RTE, which did not make sense to me.
